

We are encouraging families who have loved one’s with special needs to come into the station and get one of the Blue Envelopes. The Lower Gwynedd Township Police is participating in this program. Montgomery County launched the “Blue Envelope Program” to assist special-needs drivers and police during interactions. If you have any suggestions for the Unit, please email Blue Envelope Program Together we can improve existing programs and introduce new ways to benefit our community. The Community Response Unit is always interested in receiving new ideas from the public. Under the camp near you, select Troop K-Media. The event is held on Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 10:00 am-2:00 pm at the Brandywine Youth Club (47 Thornton Rd Glen Mills, PA 19342). This is a one-day camp held for children and adults with special needs.

Pennsylvania State Police Troop K also holds Sunny Day Camp. SRO Shannon Gallagher will attend the 2023 School Resource Officer Conference in Harrisburg, PA from July 24 th thru July 26 th. Officer William Henry of the CRU unit will attend the Pennsylvania State Police Troop K Camp Cadet from July 9 thru July 14. The CRU recently hosted a Touch a Truck Event! Check out the video below. These totals do not include ballots from military personnel or from overseas voters received between 8:00 PM on Election Day and the deadline at 5:00 PM on November 9th. The results below reflect the unofficial total number of mail-in, in-person & provisional ballots that have been validated and counted. The five-member board of supervisors will now consist of four Democrats and one Republican. Martin and Twersky knocked off incumbent Mark Grey (R) and Clint Ehlers (R). Voters had the opportunity to vote for two of four candidates.
